The client has his/her arm or foot rested on a device (1) in the shape of a longitudinally cut cylinder while being pedicured or manicured. A roll holding tissues (3) with perforated lines (7) between them is accommodated underneath (2). The sheets (6), to be used for collecting the filed off dust or for wiping purposes, can be pulled from a slot (4) cut into the material of the device (1) or formed by adding two small lateral positioned stands (8).
