A method for encoding and transferring information comprising the steps of: preliminary generating data on regularities of the first type coupling the symbol values of the initial communication with the specific symbols of the primary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of communications; preliminary generating data on regularities of the second type coupling the symbol values of the primary transformed communication with the specific symbols of the secondary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of primary transformed communications; primary transforming of the initial communication with use of the selected regularity of the first type; secondary transforming of the primary transformed communication with use of the selected regularity of the second type, as a result of which an encoded communication for transferring is formed; transferring the encoded communication to the recipient; characterized in that: primary transforming of the initial communication is performed by means of regularities of the first type, that are known to the recipient, in such a way that as a result at least two primary transformed communications of different content are formed; secondary transforming of at least one of the primary transformed communications is performed by means of regularities of the second type, that are known to the recipient, as a result of which at least one encoded communication is formed; at least one encoded communication is transferred by means of at least one communication channel; the primary transformed communications unsubjected to the secondary transforming is transferred at least through one communication channel. 2. A method for encoding and transferring information comprising the steps of: preliminary generating of data on regularities of the first type coupling the values of symbols of the initial communication with the specific symbols of the primary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of communications; preliminary generating of data on regularities of the second type coupling the values of symbols of the primary transformed communication with the specific symbols of the secondary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of primary transformed communications; primary transforming of the initial communication with use of the selected regularity of the first type; secondary transforming of the primary transformed communication with use of the selected regularity of the second type, as a result of which an encoded communication is formed for transferring; transferring the encoded communication to the recipient; characterized in that: primary transforming of the initial communication is performed by means of regularities of the first type, that are known to the recipient, in such a way that as a result at least two primary transformed communications of different content are formed; secondary transforming of at least two of the primary transformed communications is performed by means of regularities of the second type, that are known to the recipient, as a result of which at least two encoded communication is formed; transferring at least two encoded communications is performed by means of at least one communication channel. 3. A method for encoding and transferring information comprising the steps of: preliminary generating of data on regularities of the first type coupling the values of symbols of the initial communication with the specific symbols of the primary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of communications; preliminary generating of data on regularities of the second type coupling the values of symbols of the primary transformed communication with the specific symbols of the secondary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of primary transformed communications; primary transforming of the initial communication with use of the selected regularity of the first type; secondary transforming of the primary transformed communication with use of the selected regularity of the second type, as a result of which an encoded communication is formed for transferring; transferring the encoded communication to the recipient; characterized in that: primary transforming of the initial communication is performed by means of regularities of the first type, that are known to the recipient, in such a way that as a result at least two primary transformed communications of different content are formed; symbols of at least two primary transformed communications are intermixed, as a result of which at least one intermixed primary transformed communication is formed; secondary transforming of at least one intermixed primary transformed communication is performed by means of regularities of the second type, that are known to the recipient, as a result of which at least one encoded communication is formed; said at least one encoded communication is transmitted by means of at least one communication channel. 4. A method for encoding and transferring information comprising the steps of: preliminary generating of data on regularities of the first type coupling the values of symbols of the initial communication with the specific symbols of the primary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of communications; preliminary generation of data on regularities of the second type coupling the values of symbols of the primary transformed communication with the specific symbols of the secondary transformed communication for the total array of symbols of the given kind of primary transformed communications; primary transforming of the initial communication with use of the selected regularity of the first type; secondary transforming of the primary transformed communication with use of the selected regularity of the second type, as a result of which an encoded communication is formed for transferring; transferring the encoded communication to the recipient; characterized in that: primary transforming of the initial communication is performed by means of regularities of the first type, that are known to the recipient, in such a way that as a result at least two primary transformed communications of different content are formed; secondary transforming of at least one of the primary transformed communications with use of the selected regularity of the second type, that are known to the recipient, is performed, as a result of which at least one encoded communication is formed; symbols of at least one of the primary transformed communications and symbols of at least one secondary transformed communication are intermixed, as a result of which at least one intermixed encoded communication is formed; at least one encoded communication is transmitted by means of at least one communication channel; the remaining parts of the transformed communication are transmitted by means of at least one communication channel. 5. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that all parts of the encoded communication are transmitted through one and the same communication channel. 6. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that all parts of the encoded communication and all primary transformed communications unsubjected to the secondary transformation are transmitted through one and the same communication channel. 7. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that all parts of the encoded communication and all primary transformed communications unsubjected to the secondary transformation are transmitted separately through two or more communication channels. 8. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that parts of the encoded communication are transmitted separately through two or more communication channels. 9. The method according to Claim 1,3 characterized in that primary transforming of the initial communication is performed with the help of regularities of the first type that are known to the recipient, as a result of which two parts of the transformed communication are formed, and namely the core (C), containing the transformed information and the accessory information (F) containing parameters of transformation; secondary transforming of the accessory information is performed with the help of regularities of the second type that are known to the recipient, as a result of which the encoded accessory information is formed; the encoded accessory information containing parameters of transformation is transmitted; the core containing the transformed information is transmitted. 10. The method according to Claim 9, characterized in that the encoded accessory information and the core are transmitted through one of the communication channels. 11. The method according to Claim 9, characterized in that the encoded accessory information is transmitted through one of the communication channels; the core is transmitted through the other communication channel. 12. The method according to Claims 1,3, characterized in that: primary transforming of the initial communication is performed with the help of regularities of the first type that are known to the recipient, as a result of which two parts of the encoded communication are formed, and namely: the core (C), containing the transformed information and the accessory information (F) containing parameters of transformation; secondary transforming of the core is performed with the help of regularities of the second type that are known to the recipient, as a result of which an encoded core is formed; the accessory information is transmitted; the encoded core is transmitted. 13. The method according to Claim 12, characterized in that the accessory information and the encoded core are transmitted through one and the same the communication channel; 14.
