<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission method by which high-precision tracking can be performed even for an image including, for example, an obstacle whose movement is momentarily fast, and a data transmission device, and a data transmission system. <P>SOLUTION: A sub-pattern matching part 50332 which performs matching based upon a sub-target image including a portion of at least a target image in an image including the target image to be transmitted which is imaged by an imaging means, a main-pattern matching part 50331 which generates desired image data on the basis of the matching result of the sub-pattern matching part 50332 and a matching result of the target image, a rectangular area extraction part 5034 which adjusts the target image to be transmitted from the image to fully fill a rectangular area, and a transmitting circuit which transmits image data in an extracted image frame are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
