<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic device and method for growing plants, capable of easily cultivating the plants without using any agrochemical or organically cultivated plants even in an ordinary household and reducing its installation space as little as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This hydroponic device is provided by extending an upper half of a sidewall of the culturing container (A) having a rectangular shape on a plane, as a trumpet shape for easily receiving light and holding the environment of the plants in an atmosphere by cool air obtained by utilizing the heat of evaporation, setting an anaerobic and aerobic positions for maintaining the stabilization of water quality by microorganisms, suppressing the generation of harmful microorganisms by an antagonistic activity of the microorganisms and also increasing the immunity of the plants themselves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
