<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic board which is capable of preventing adjacent lands or wiring patterns from being electrically connected to each other with solder and preventing electronic parts mounted on it from getting out of position, in the laminated ceramic board equipped with an inner board composed of one or more laminated plates each with the wiring pattern formed thereon; an outer board equipped with the lands or the wiring pattern for mounting electronic parts on its surface; and viaholes for connecting the wiring patterns formed on the inner board together, and the inner board wiring patterns and the lands or the wiring pattern on the outer board inside together. <P>SOLUTION: A surface board where through-holes are bored at positions corresponding to the lands or the wiring patterns is provided on the outer board.
