APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING SERVICE QUALITY, AND SERVICE QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service quality monitoring apparatus capable of improving prediction accuracy by starting calculation on the way of system operations.

SOLUTION: A model manager generates virtual resource log information with respect to a model of the same form as that of resource log information outputted from an information communication terminal on the basis of a model simulation, generates a group of variable used by a program in the model as a snap shot cross-referenced to the virtual resource log information in the case of generating the virtual resource log information, evaluates the pertinence of the model by comparing the virtual resource log information and the cross-referenced snap shot with the resource log information outputted from the information communication terminal and corrects parameters with respect to the model to correct the model.
