GAS GENERATOR FOR AIR BAG

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generator for an air bag capable of adjusting easily the volume ratio of two combustion chambers while being reduced in size.

SOLUTION: The gas generator for the air bag includes an inner cylinder 15 which is installed inside a housing 11 with a diameter adjustable by its level. Accordingly the volume ratio of the first combustion chamber 20 to the second combustion chamber 25 can be changed without changing the height of the housing 11 itself.
