<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean product in which a physiologically active function is further enhanced and not only physiological activity which fermented soybean has, but also physiological activity which lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacterium, etc. have can be expected. <P>SOLUTION: A small bag in which at least one kind of microbial cell and/or algal body selected from a group consisting of lactic acid bacterium, bifidobacterium, yeast, Chlorella and Spirulina is packed is attached to fermented soybean and when the fermented soybean is eaten, the fermented soybean is mixed with the microbial cell and/or the algal cell. A small bag in which suspension of the microbial cell and/or the algal cell is packed or a small bag of mustard and/or dripping in which the microbial cell and/or the algal cell is formulated is preferably attached to the fermented soybean. The microbial cell is preferably a lactic acid bacterium and/or bifidobacterium and the lactic acid bacterium has a IL-2-inducing activity equivalent to or higher than that of OK432, and the microbial cell and/or the algal cell is preferably sterilized by heating.
