PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily comparatively learn speech. SOLUTION: This learning device is so configured as to be able to repeat the features of " rewind, fast forward, playback, and reproducing speed change" only by IC memory when combining an ordinary speech medium with IC memory and once recording the speech data from the medium into the IC memory. Then, the learning device permits to re-confirm sample speech for a textbook and own speech by own ear by reproducing them from the IC memory, and thereby permits comparison function between own speech and the sample speech for the textbook.
