PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which has a small size, a short axial length, a low cost and a high output. SOLUTION: The motor includes a rotor shaft 7 fixed to the bore part of a magnet 6, a first coil 2 disposed adjacent to the magnet in the axial direction of the rotor shaft, and a first outside pole 1a excited by the first coil, inserted into the inner peripheral side of the first coil, having a predetermined gap to the outer peripheral surface of the magnet and disposed so as to face the outer peripheral surface in a predetermined angular range. Further, the motor includes a second coil 4 disposed adjacent to the magnet in the axial direction of the rotor shaft and disposed in the substantially same plane as the first coil, and a second outside pole 1b excited by the second coil, inserted into the inner peripheral side of the second coil, having a deviated phase of (180/N) degree with respect to the magnetized part of the magnet from the first outside pole and a predetermined gap to the outer peripheral surface of the magnet and disposed so as to face the outer peripheral surface in a predetermined angular range.
