发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SYNCHRONOUS MACHINE STATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a synchronous machine stator that can connectively constitute the synchronous machine stator superior in magnetization property by connecting a yoke and a tooth that are individual bodies, or connecting regions of the yoke and the tooth. SOLUTION: In a winding process, a coil wire 13 that is wound including a connecting part has a flat shape in a cross section. A bridge precursor resin 13b in which chemical coupling as a polymer is unconnected among an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin and the like is applied to a normal conductive wire 13a. In a heating process after the winding process, the bridge precursor resin 13b is melt at a prescribed temperature and causes bridge reaction by being kept at a thermal curing temperature for a prescribed period of time. Since the heating process is conducted at the same time as the winding of the coil wire 13 in a state that the connecting part is pressed at a wide-width flat part, the connecting part can be fixed in a state of being kept in the favorable degree of adhesion and at a favorable connecting angle.
