PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To yield a selection method for an anti-noise component and a program by which a digital circuit suitable for the anti-noise component is ranked and indicated out of a plurality of anti-noise components, provided that a circuit constant for a digital IC, a transmission line, and the like are set. SOLUTION: Fourier development is applied to an input signal inputted to a digital circuit 10 consisting of a transmission side IC 12, a noise removing filter 14, the transmission line 16, and a receive side IC 18. The input signal is expressed in the sum of the series of a sine wave. The input signal and the circuit constant of the digital circuit 10 are employed to calculate a signal at the input side of the receive side IC 18. The same calculation is applied to all the filters being candidates. Marking is then applied to each degree of the fundamental wave component and the harmonic wave component of the signal. The marking is done after considering both of a noise removal effect and a signal wave retention effect. Total scores are calculated for ranking in order of higher total scores.
