PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring and security business form using an automatic monitoring device with the function of automatically fetching an image by an internal or external sensor, the function being added to a mail function using the Internet. SOLUTION: An automatic information transmitting device with a sensor using the Internet is used, whereby monitoring can be performed in a plurality of positions in an Internet-networked place. Since the monitoring can be performed in the plurality of positions, the monitoring can be ensured. The information to be transmitted is made to image information, whereby the amount of information can be made proper, and the amount of monitoring work can be also made proper. Further, the wiring work between an object to be monitored and a monitoring person or the like can be reduced by using the Internet network, and the capital investment for monitoring and security can be significantly reduced because an existing personal computer or format telephone can be used as a monitor. Since the information for monitoring is stored in a safe place distant from the object to be monitored, it can be surely stored without the risk of loss by an accident or incident.
