PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent irregular reloading of a photographic film, in a lens-fitted photographic film unit. SOLUTION: In the film cartridge body 26, the outer diameter of the bottom part side is within the standard of the 135 type, and the outer diameter of the upper part side is smaller than that of the bottom part side. A film cartridge chamber 24 is formed according to the size of the film cartridge body 26, and the outer diameter of the bottom part is the same as or slightly larger than that of the bottom part side of the film cartridge body 26, in which the outer diameter of upper side thereof is smaller than that of the bottom part side of the film cartridge body 26, and is the same as or slightly larger than that of the upper part of the film cartridge body 26.
