PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system capable of immediately judging whether a fault in image information is caused in an input part or a cassette only by confirming the input part and the cassette in the case where the fault in image information occurs, and capable of easily tracing the faulty system by recording information for specifying the input part (for example, CR device) and the cassette with patient's image information inputted in correlation to the image information. SOLUTION: A medical image processing system 100 is provided with an input part 10 for inputting the patient's image information, and an output part 90 for visualizing the patient's image information inputted from the input part. The medical image processing system is further provided with an inputted information recording part capable of recording, as incidental information to the image information, at least one of: input part information concerning the input part used for inputting the image information; and cassette information concerning the cassette loaded to the input part so as to input the image information, or cassette information concerning a stimulable phosphor sheet stored in the cassette.
