摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display in which the line defect such as an inline short of adjacent wiring is prevented, the voltage drop through a power source supply line is prevented and the light emission efficiency of an EL element is enhanced. SOLUTION: The flat panel display is provided with an insulation film 255, a pixel electrode and a power source supply layer 230. Therein, an insulation film 255 is formed on an insulation substrate 200 containing a thin film transistor 250 and has a first contact hole 255a and a second contact hole 255b which respectively expose a source electrode 256a and a drain electrode 256b. The pixel electrode is connected with one of the source electrode 256a and the drain electrode 256b through one of the first contact hole 255a and the second contact hole 255b. The power source supply layer 230 is formed on the insulation film 255 and is connected with one of the source electrode 256a and the drain electrode 256b through one of the first contact hole 255a and the second contact hole 255b.
