PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which leak of grease from a bearing is effectively prevented without conducting enlargement of bearing width or the like, and a compressor and a blower using the rolling bearing. SOLUTION: To this sealed ball bearing 9, a first seal 33 is installed on the side of a space V1 (a pocket 41 in a crown-shaped holder 31) corresponding to mixed fluid. The first seal 33 comprises an elastic seal 51 fixed to an end part of an outer ring 25, and a slinger 53 fixed to an end part of an inner ring 21. The slinger 53 comprises a cylindrical part 61 to be engaged with the inner ring 21, and a circular part 65 extended from an end part of the cylindrical part 61 diametrically outward to form a labyrinth 63 to the first seal 33. The elastic seal 51 comprises a first and a second lips 71 and 73 to slide to get in contact with the cylindrical part 61 of the slinger 53 and a third lip 75 to slide to get in contact with the circular part 65 of the slinger 53.
