METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IN-MOLD COATED INJECTION-MOLDED PRODUCT AND MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an in-mold coated injection-molded product capable of efficiently forming a coating layer excellent in adhesiveness and appearance in a mold with respect to an injection molded product comprising a thermoplastic resin being a raw material resin using a usual injection molding machine to efficiently manufacture the injection molded product having good appearance, and the in-mold coated injection-molded product. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the in-mold coated injection-molded product includes a heating/curing process for coating at least a part of the inner surface of the cavity, which is formed by one set of molds comprising a movable mold and a fixed mold and equipped with heaters and coolers, with a thermosetting coating material and heating and curing the coating material and a molding process for injecting the raw material resin melted by heating in the cavity and cooling the mold to obtain the molded product wherein the coating film is provided to at least a part of the surface of a molded object.
