METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HIGH-PRESSURE WET MICRONIZATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for high-pressure wet micronization that enables a safe and efficient micronization for any kind of material using a high impact force and a high dispersion ability by suppressing a temperature rise caused by impact in a micronization part. SOLUTION: A cooling liquid is injected near the micronization part in a chamber where a feed liquid containing particles to be micronized and a medium liquid thereof is injected through a tiny orifice with high-pressure and the particles in the feed liquid are micronized using the injection energy.
