PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution comprising cogeneration equipment 1 having a motor 2, a dynamo 3 and a waste heat boiler 6 to produce power and vapor and an evaporation apparatus 8 for heating a liquid to be evaporated to evaporate the same and to enhance the use efficiency of energy in the cogeneration equipment in the evaporation apparatus operated by the cogeneration equipment. SOLUTION: A vapor ejector 16, which is constituted so as to compress the vapor generated from an evaporation boiler 10 by using the vapor produced in the cogeneration equipment as a driving source, and a heat pump 17, which is constituted so as to compress the vapor generated from a evaporation boiler 10 by using the power produced in the cogeneration equipment as a driving source, are provided in the vapor ducts 14 and 15 from the evaporation boiler 10 to a heater 11 side by side in the evaporation apparatus. The evaporation apparatus is changed over to either one or both of an evaporative operation state using the vapor ejector and an evaporative operation state using the heat pump.
