PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tillage tine member to which the same tillage tines are set in simple structures and at changeable attaching angles and which can reduce resistance on cutting works using down-cut rotaries and up-cut rotaries and can perform efficient tilling works, and to provide a tillage-attached apparatus. SOLUTION: In the tillage tine member 16 in which tine portions 21, 22 are fixed to a base portion 20, the fixation is carried out by inserting fixing members 43, 44 comprising bolts and nuts into holes formed in the base portion 20 and into attaching holes formed in the tine portions 21, 22, respectively. Therein, the tine portions are arranged to pass through notches 25 formed between the two holes of the base portion 20, and the tine portions are fixed to the base portion in postures inclined so that the contact edges 30, 37 of the tine portions contact with the bottom sides of the notches 25 and that the near side attaching holes and the far side attaching holes are placed on the upper side and the lower side, respectively.
