The arrangement has a number of connecting bodies (11) linked to accommodate a cable or hose with side plates (21) on both sides of the cable or hose and connecting bridges (22,23). At least one of the side plates consists of artificial resin that is electrically conducting and an electrically conducting element (35) is provided in a slide contact region between the side plates of adjacent connecting bodies.
