摘要 PURPOSE: An insulated ultrafine powder, its preparation method, a resin composite material containing the powder, a high dielectric constant film or sheet containing the resin composite material and an electronic part containing the film or sheet are provided, to obtain a resin composite material having high dielectric constant without the deterioration of processability and formability of a resin material itself. CONSTITUTION: The insulated ultrafine powder is obtained by forming an insulating coat on a spherical, spheroidal or acicular conductive ultrafine powder having a minor axis of 1-100 nm. Preferably the insulating coat comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of insulating oxides and insulating nitrides; and the conductive ultrafine powder comprises a metal oxide. The resin composite material comprises the insulated ultrafine powder and at least one kind of polymer in the ratio of 5:95 to 50:50 by volume, and has a relative permittivity of 20 or more.
