EQUIPMENT OF MANUFACTURING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE FOR BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment of manufacturing an electrode for a battery providing the electrode with high productivity and stable quality by substantially reducing filter replacing work.

SOLUTION: The equipment of manufacturing the electrode for the battery is equipped with a coating part for coating mix paste in a current collector; a mix paste supply part for supplying the mix paste to the coating part; and a filter unit installed between the coating part and the mix paste supply part. The filter unit comprises a filter part; a filter supply part for supplying a continued filter to the filter part; a filter transmission pressure detecting part for detecting the transmission pressure of the mix paste being transmitted through the filter in the filter part; and a control part operating the filter supply part when the filter transmission pressure detected with the filter transmission pressure detecting part exceeds the specified value and supplying a new portion of the filter to the filter part.
