<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feeder system of such a type as feeding power to a light emitting element, or the like, by fixing a magnetic body and a securing section of split structure to wiring in which power loss is reduced as much as possible by joining the magnetic bodies of split structure surely thereby decreasing reluctance. <P>SOLUTION: Substantially tubular securing sections 30a and 30b of split structure are provided with a step part 32 at the opening 31. The magnetic body 21 of split structure being contained in the securing section has an annular base body 22 and a planar contact part 23. The magnetic body is connected and fixed with an LED element. The magnetic body and the securing section are assembled while holding the wiring between. Contact part of the magnetic body has a low reluctance because it is held tightly at the step part of the securing section. Furthermore, the position is fixed and the magnetic bodies 21 and 21 cannot move in any direction including the rotational direction. An AC current fed through the central wiring passes through the cavity part of the magnetic bodies 21 and 21.
