PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery system for delivering a content in a delivery form according to the attribute of the content.

SOLUTION: The content delivery system 200 delivers a content key and content use condition for controlling the use of the content in client equipment 110 from a multicast delivery server 122 or a unicast delivery server 123. A content delivery management server determines the delivery method of delivering the content key and content use condition of each content according to the attribute of the content (compression format, compression ratio, content holder, etc.). An encrypted content delivery server 124 delivers only an encrypted content with unicasted content key and content use condition, and a multicast delivery server 122 multicasts an encrypted content with superposed content key and content use condition.
