PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flexible eccentric joint capable of preventing smooth flow from being obstructed even when pressure head is low and hydraulic gradient is small in a building pipe. SOLUTION: This flexible eccentric joint comprises an outer tube 1 as a first tube, an inner tube 2 as a second tube inserted into the outer tube 1 so as to be rotated relative to the outer tube 1 and so that its inserted amount is variable, an insert tube 3 as a first end tube inserted into the outer tube 1, and an insert tube 3 as a second end tube inserted into the inner tube 2 and eccentric to the insert tube 3 as the first end tube.
