PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the performance of a coupler with a built-in low-pass filter. SOLUTION: The coupler 100 with the built-in low-pass filter is constituted by laminating an insulation layer 110 in which a couple line 111 is formed, an insulation layer 120 in which inductance lines 121, 123 are formed, an insulation layer 130 in which an inductance line 131 is formed, an insulation layer 140 in which a capacitance electrode 141 is formed, an insulation layer 150 in which capacitance electrodes 151, 153 are formed, an insulation layer 160 in which a ground electrode 161 is formed, an insulation layer 170 in which capacitance electrodes 171 to 175 are formed and an insulation layer 180 in which a ground electrode 180 is formed. The couple line 111 consists of a stepwise conductor pattern, arranged on an upper part of the insulation layer 120 so that it is overlapped with a part of the inductance line 123 and it is not overlapped with the inductance line 121.
