PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reliability by enabling the fixing of a case made of metals having different melting points and a suction pipe to be welded with a method which enables secrecy and automation without using a flux. SOLUTION: A hole is formed to the case. And, the suction pipe is energized with prescribed force to the hole. Pulse welding is executed in a state of making the hole and the suction pipe into close contact with each other in the same way. In this way, the hole is formed by boring or punching. At the same time, the inside at a welding part of a weldment is formed into a shape which is gradually expanded toward the tip. Accordingly, a molten material at a point-contact part is pushed out with the force applied to the weldment. As a result, the welding with uniform strength can be executed inexpensively.
