PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treating agent capable of maintaining excellent anti-fogging property and mold-releasing property (or antiblocking property) even in a process such as winding up, thermoforming or other process, and a container using the same. SOLUTION: An anti-fogging container is obtained by coating a styrenic resin sheet with the anti-fogging agent and then molding it into a container. The anti-fogging agent comprises 1 to 50 pts.wt of a non-ether-based polymer such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (excluding a polyvinyl alcohol), 5 to 150 pts.wt of an ether-based hydrophilic polymer such as a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer, and a nonionic surfactant having an oxyethylene unit, and 1 to 50 pts.wt of a silicone oil to 100 pts.wt of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester such as a sucrose fatty acid ester, a polyglycerin fatty acid ester. The coating layer comprising a surface-treating agent may be formed on one side of the resin sheet, and a mold-releasing layer containing a component selected from the ether-based hydrophilic polymer and the silicone oil may be formed on the other side of the resin sheet.
