PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone communication system which eliminates a calling user's time and effort and accurately notifies a receiving user of information about the calling user by voice with small storage capacity of a base station or communication terminal device. SOLUTION: The base station is provided with a storage part for prestoring numerical voice data indicating each numerical character from zero to nine, the numerical voice data corresponding to each numerical number of a caller number is retrieved from the storage part, and caller number voice data corresponding to the caller number is transmitted to a receiving communication terminal device.
