PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new optical switching device in which the variation in the light output from an output port caused by an optical switch is suppressed. SOLUTION: An actuator 321 for moving a lens in a direction parallel to an optical axis is fixed on a collimate lens 313 for parallelizing the output light from an input port 311, the position of the collimate lens 313 is so set with the actuator 321 that light outputs from any output ports 317 are in a fixed range.
