PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device with a condenser having simplified construction, wherein the flow rate of refrigerant circulating in a cycle is controlled by controlling the amount of liquid refrigerant collecting in a gas-liquid separator on a high pressure side. SOLUTION: A discharge gas inlet portion 3 into which discharge gas flows from a compressor 1 is assembled on a tank body 4 of a gas-liquid separator 2. A compression discharge gas duct 11 through which the discharge gas flows from the discharge gas inlet portion 3 to the side of a first heat exchange portion 18a of the condenser 15 and a discharge gas bypass duct 8 through which part of the discharge gas refrigerant flows from the discharge gas inlet portion 3 directly into a gas-liquid separation space 5 of the tank body 4 are constructed in the tank body 4. All amount of the liquid refrigerant passing through the first heat exchange portion 18a flows into the gas-liquid separator 2, while the amount of the liquid refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator 2 is controlled depending on the degree of overheat of the discharge gas from the compressor.
