<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system capable of providing desired service to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The user brings a card 3 that is a recording medium to a store wherein the user intends to receive the provision of the service, with one. In a store PC 2 provided in the store providing the service, user information or the like is read from the card 3, and similar service can be provided in any store on the basis of the user information or the like. The store PC 2 records information about the provided service and a URL of a site placed with store information intended for a member of the store into the card 3 authenticated with a recorded user ID.
