PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing louver controller capable of improving the air conditioning performance by stably distributing the conditioned air from each of louvers even when the louvers to be swung are selectively operated among the plurality of louvers. SOLUTION: This swing louver controller comprises a reference swing pattern creating means for determining one of the louvers in a swing mode as a reference louver, and creating a reference swing pattern on the basis of the swing pattern of the determined reference louver, and a synchronizing means for controlling the swing pattern of the louvers in the swing mode to be same as the reference swing pattern, whereby the louver starting its swing motion later can be smoothly synchronized with the louvers in swinging motion without temporarily stopping the swinging motion of the louvers which have already started their swing motion.
