PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum molding device which prevents a toxic gas generated during molding from leaking out when a closed part is opened by perfectly ventilating the interior of the closed part which airtightly encircles a clamped mold. SOLUTION: In this vacuum molding device, an open aperture 16 is formed at one end of the outside of a packing sheet 14 to which a bottom mold 11 is fitted and an open line G connected with an atmospheric release valve 17 is connected with the aperture 16; a vacuum vent 25 is formed in a holder 21 equipped with a top mold 22; and a vacuum line L connected with a vacuum pump 32 is connected with a movable vacuum pipe 26 communicating with the vent 25 by installing the pipe 26. After these procedures, an O-ring 15 fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the sheet 14 is internally brought into contact with a vacuum case 24 mounted on the under surface of the holder 21 right before a position where the mold 11 with a rubber material 35 disposed thereon is made to ascend and clamped with the mold 22. Next, the closed part 36 airtightly encircling both molds 22 and 11 is formed with the sheet 14, a vacuum case 24 and the holder 21. After vacuum molding, the part 36 is vacuumized using the pump 32 while air is introduced into the part 36 from the valve 17 and thus the toxic gas generated during molding is discharged from the part 36.
