PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumper which prevents a decrease of the pressure absorbing performance or a decrease of the gas barrier performance by a change of an external environment such as a humidity, and can surely ease a pressure variation of a liquid supply system. SOLUTION: The dumper 10 includes as an essential constitution, a base 11, a filter 16, a leaf spring 17 and a flexible film 18 as a pressure absorbing film. A film of a three-layer structure is adopted for the flexible film 18, and a material of a moisture blocking capability, for example, polyethylene is used for an inner layer 111 and an outer layer 113. Moreover, an intermediate layer 112 held between the inner layer 111 and the outer layer 113 is formed of a material of a gas barrier capability such as an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer or nylon.
