PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a winding coil component capable of attaining a series of inductance values while preserving uniform outside dimensions of the components. SOLUTION: There is provided the winding coil component that includes a core that is insulative and comprises flanges provided in a winding center core and both ends of the winding center core, terminal electrodes formed at least in the bottom of the flanges, and a plurality of wires that are insulative and are wound on the winding center core and further each of both ends thereof are coupled to the terminal electrodes.
