PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film for electronic equipment, easily releasable from a release liner and capable of preventing charging properties at releasing without using a silicone-based compound which has bad effects on the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The adhesive film comprises a laminate obtained by arranging substantially nonionic electroconductive particles or an electroconductive thin film structure between an adhesive layer and a release liner layer obtained by laminating a base layer, the adhesive layer and the release liner substantially free from a silicone-based release agent in order. As a result, the adhesive film does not have the bad effects on the electronic equipment, can be easily released and can prevent the charging properties. The advantageous method for producing the adhesive film for the electronic equipment comprises forming the thin film structure on the release liner, and laminating an adhesive formed on the base material.
