PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing mat, preventing warping of a mat body, stably forming a slope for eliminating a difference in level with the floor surface while the warping preventing body is mounted at the bottom, and hardly causing deformation even when a bed leg part is caught in the mat end part. SOLUTION: In this shock absorbing mat 1, a shock absorbing element 4 formed of an upper layer shock absorber 11 and a lower layer shock absorber 12 having a lower hardness than the upper layer shock absorber 11 is taken as a substantial functional member, and a warping preventing body 5 for preventing warping of the shock absorbing element 4 is provided on the base of the lower layer shock absorber 12. In the shock absorbing element 4, a chamfered slope 14 is formed on the edge part of the top side, and the slope 14 is formed on the shock absorbing element 4 on the upper side from the warping preventing body 5.
