PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can perform a smooth ball-dispensing out motion. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is equipped with a putting out control board which performs a prize ball motion based on a control command received from a main control board 1, and in the meantime, performs the ball-dispensing out motion based on the instruction from a ball dispensing machine 22 in which a prepaid card is inserted. The putting out control board 5 is equipped with a first transmitting unit, a second transmitting unit and a third transmitting unit. In this case, the first transmitting unit displays a remaining point of the prepaid card by transmitting a display signal received from the ball dispensing machine 22 to a point displaying unit NUM provided on the game machine. The second transmitting unit transmits a corresponding switch signal to the ball lending machine 22 when a game player operates a ball-dispensing switch 32b.
