PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily hold a packing to a pipe and to eliminate the need of separately fitting a commodities information display member such as a bar code, a price card to the pipe in order to display the pipe provided with annular packing at connection parts at one its end or both of its ends. SOLUTION: This packing holder 1 is provided with: a nearly C-shaped fitting part 2 which can be latched to the pipe 5 in an attachable and detachable manner; an engaging part 3 which is formed to be curved projecting outward at a part of the length of the fitting part 2 and where the packing 6 put through the fitting part 2 is latched; and a display part 4 in the state of a vertical plate which extends upward or downward from the fitting part and has commodities information 41 displayed on its surface.
