Incontinence device for men formed as a pouch with an opening for insertion of penis and scrotum. At one side of the pouch is one or more elastic members located. The pouch is opened by pressing at the side edges of the elastic member so the pouch opens for insertion of penis or penis and scrotum. By the elastic restoration force of the elastic member the pouch is closed around penis or penis and scrotum and holding it in place.
