PURPOSE: Provided is a detergent composition, which has excellent anti-corrosive property as well as powerful cleaning effect and is suitable to be used in cars, industrial machines and tools and houses. CONSTITUTION: The detergent composition comprises 1H-benzotriazole and sodium metasilicate in a ratio of 1:3-1:6. Particularly, the detergent composition comprises 0.03-3.0 wt% of 1H-benzotriazole and 0.1-4.0 wt% of sodium metasilicate. The detergent composition may further comprise 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether in a ratio of 3:1-9:1, as a solvent. Further, the detergent composition optionally further comprises a non-ionic surfactant, pH adjusting agent/cleaning aid and a chelating agent.
