PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent at least one of deletion, overwriting and compilation of digital data with alteration detection data due to misoperation of a user. SOLUTION: When an addition mode is ON, a main control part 106 adds alteration detection data obtained in an operation part 103 to digital data in an inner memory 102 (step S203). The main control part 106 creates attribute data inhibiting at least one of deletion, overwriting and compilation and adds attribute data to digital data in the inner memory 102 (step S204).
