PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earplug for aromatherapy that exhibits aromatherapeutic effects such as cutting off noise in an urban living environment, selecting a natural essential oil in accordance with physical and mental conditions by using the publicly known influence of the natural essential oil on an organism, and guiding into a quick and sound sleep by mitigating and releasing stress, metal strain and a feeling of anxiety due to a variety of stimuli or increasing vigor by strengthening the ability to concentrate. SOLUTION: A closed hole 3 is provided on the earhole insertion side end 2 of an elastic earplug 1 large enough to block the earhole and insulate a sound and made by forming a low resilience urethane. A cylindrical porous ceramic aromatic material 4 having a diameter that prevents it from easily coming off when fitted into the closed hole 3 expanded is fitted into and inserted into the closed hole 3 with one end face 6 exposed, and impregnated with the natural essential oil from the covered surface 6 of the aromatic material 4 and mounted into the earhole.
