<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an oscillator device capable of reducing not only mechanical vibrations but also a fluctuation in oscillation frequency resulting from various factors. <P>SOLUTION: An FM detector 6 detects an output of a voltage controlled oscillator 1 to detect frequency fluctuation components, and a highpass filter 7 having a reverse characteristic to a frequency characteristic of a PLL circuit 100 extracts frequency fluctuation components other than a low frequency area that can not be suppressed by the PLL circuit 100. The extracted frequency fluctuation components are subjected to phase shifting into an antiphase by a phase shifter 8, subsequently inputted to a voltage adder 9 and added to an output signal of a lowpass filter 5. This negates and eliminates fluctuation components of an output frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator 1 which can not be suppressed by the PLL circuit 100 so that the oscillation frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator 1 can be stably controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
