摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of reducing a whole circuit area, while suppressing an interference by DC components of high frequency signals between high frequency circuits.

SOLUTION: A differential amplification circuit 11 for amplifying an output signal of a VCO (Voltage Control Oscillator) circuit 47 is provided between the VCO circuit 47 and a synthesizer 46. A DC bias value of an output signal Vi of the differential amplification circuit 11 is set to a threshold level of an inverter 51 in the dividing circuit 50 of a synthesizer circuit 48.
