<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure manufacturing method which hardly allows spot-like floats to appear at a bonding interface and makes bonding easy and to provide a structure yielded thereby. <P>SOLUTION: A flow cell is constructed by bonding a base plate 3 to a cover plate 5 by interposing, between these plates, a solution capable of dissolving SiO<SB>2</SB>. The base plate 3 has a flow channel 1 and grooves 2 and 2a formed on its one surface. The cover plate 5 is placed on the surface of the base plate 3, i.e. on the surface having the flow channel 1 and the grooves 2 and 2a formed thereon, and has through-holes 4 formed at the positions corresponding to both ends of the flow channel 1. The positions of both ends of the flow channel 1 and the positions of the through-holes 4 are positioned. The groove 2a is formed so that it takes in the flow channel 1 without contacting the flow channel 1; and the groove 2 is formed in a lattice shape outside the groove 2a.
