摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely obtain a synchronous signal indispensable for muliplexing by guiding biopotential information which has been measured using a light without using a connection code between electrodes and a measuring instrument to the measuring instrument, and multiplexing a plurality items of biopotential information by using a TDMA system. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical communication type biopotential measuring system consisting of transmitting units 3-1, 3-2 to 3-n and a receiving unit 5, the transmitting units 3-1, 3-2 to 3-n and the receiving unit 5 are each provided with a synchronous signal forming circuit. In the synchronous signal forming circuit, the light of a fluorescent discharge lamp which is turned on by an AC power source is converted into an electric signal by an optical sensor 71, signal strength data corresponding to the strength of this electric signal is obtained by a comparing signal forming circuit 73, the pulse of a predetermined width is obtained by a hysteresis comparator 74 from the electric signal and the signal strength data, a predetermined timing pulse is obtained by a differentiating circuit 75 and zero cross detecting circuit 76 on the basis of a change in the electric signal, and the synchronous signal of a constant timing is formed by an AND circuit 77 from both the pulses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
